Volunteer for the Event

We rely on volunteers to help organizing our event, from helping guest register at the door to finding auction items, we are looking for people interested in making a difference.

We need volunteers interested in food prep, set-up, selling Guatemalan products and raffle tickets, serving meals and clean up.

Donate a Raffle Item

Sponsors donate items to raffle at the event, including business gift certificates, bottles of liquor and wine to tickets to events. Sponsors are publicly recognized at our event, in our program and our website.

In-Kind Donations

We welcome in-kind donations to help off-set the cost of the event, including bottled water, soda. beer and wine, table cloths, utensils, etc.
